CalcSolver does not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address or other personal details just for using our calculators. The information we do collect is:
- Contact form messages: if you send us a message through our contact form, we store the name, email address, subject and message you provide, so we can read and reply to it.
- WordPress admin and login cookies: if you are an administrator and log in to this site, WordPress sets cookies to keep you logged in and remember your screen preferences.
- Backup and security logs: our backup service (JetBackup) and hosting provider may log technical information such as IP addresses for security and maintenance.
How we use your information
We use contact form messages only to read and respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
CalcSolver uses only the cookies needed for WordPress administration and for the contact form to work securely. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we have not connected any analytics service.
Data retention
Contact form messages are stored in the WordPress admin area until they are no longer needed, and are then deleted. Login cookies expire when you log out or after the period set by WordPress.
